Having Connection Problems?
Check the outdoor box (gateway) on your building:
Open the door and look for 3 green lights on the left side.
They should say: PWR, SYS, WAN
If NO lights are on:
Check your circuit breakers and the wall outlet that powers it.
May be inside or outside your building.
Check your home router:
Make sure the cable from outside is plugged into the INTERNET port.

Router not working or been reset?
Bring your router and its power supply to our office during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM).
We will check it and set it up for you at NO CHARGE.
